For regular cakes, ordering 6-8 hours in advance is enough. For fully custom or multi-tier designs, we recommend ordering at least 24-48 hours ahead so our bakers have time to design it right.
Yes! On the product page you can pick a ready-made size, or for weight-based cakes you can enter a custom amount in Kilograms, Pounds or Grams and we'll calculate the price instantly.
Absolutely. Every product is clearly marked Veg or Non-Veg, and most of our veg cakes are eggless by default. You can also mention "eggless" in the special instructions box while ordering.
Yes, while customizing your order you can type an exact message to be piped on the cake, and mention any photo/theme reference in the special instructions - we'll confirm details over WhatsApp.

You can choose Cash on Delivery, or pay instantly using the UPI QR code shown at checkout. Once you pay, your order and payment status are visible to us immediately.
You can share your current location with one tap, or type your address along with a nearby landmark. Our delivery partner uses this to reach you accurately and on time.
Since every order is confirmed over WhatsApp, simply message us on the same number as soon as possible and we'll help you modify or cancel before we start baking.
